what is the difference between OTC and naked bandanas: 

OTC means ‘over the collar’ - these bandanas snap around your pets collar. 
naked bandanas have snaps at the ends - they go around your pets neck like a regular bandana but instead of tying it you just snap the ends together, no collar required (which is why we call them naked!)

product care:

hand wash or machine wash in a wash bag. spot clean recommended for bow ties.

do not soak or bleach. do not dry clean.

do not tumble dry. warm iron on reverse side.

shipping:

orders are sent via Australia post, generally within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. 

a tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched. 

delivery times may vary based on your location and other external factors, we cannot guarantee any delivery times. 

returns and exchanges: 

we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

if you have made a mistake when placing your order, please contact us at orders@snappybandanas.com.au immediately. 

no changes can be made once your order has been sent and we are not responsible for any lost or returned mail that results from an incorrect address being supplied. 

if your order is returned as undeliverable, you will be responsible for any additional postage costs incurred. alternatively we may cancel your order and refund you less the cost of shipping.
